A Message from Our Founder 

I’m Jason Makevich, and I ran an MSP for 15 years. Like you, I saw the shift: more tools, more complexity, and somehow… less security. Every new attack vector brought another vendor pitch and another product to the stack. 

We had more tools than ever, yet it was never enough. 

The stack kept growing. Support tickets piled up. Costs rose. Clients demanded more. Innovation slowed. 

Then we discovered Island.

At first, Island wasn’t interested in MSPs. They were focused on the enterprise. But I saw the potential, so I kept pushing. And when we finally got in, everything changed.
